A promise made to yourself, believe it or not.
Made suddenly after the break-up.
Unable to think if you'll ever be able to keep that vow, but when you think it back to all over, you would make it again and again.
This track was initially demoed for a band, in two versions.
Possibly it wasn't how they expected, then rejected.
Now it's mine in all terms.
A bit of 'Bacharach' flavour, impossible not to invlove Andy G and his majestic trumpets and a real drums played by my friend Giacomo Rocchi.
